Great burger
Here is a great burger for ya'll to try !!!
mix grd beef and seasoning to make your favorite burger,
portion meat to make lg patties, seperate portions into halves.
Now comes the good stuff. Slice some andoullie thin , get some slices of your favorite cheese. take the 1st portion of your pattie ,flatten , cover this w thin slices of andoullie and 2 slices of the cheese ( i use either pepper jack or sharp chedder) take the other portion of your pattie flatten and place on top. seal the edges of pattie by pinching the ground beef together and grill to 160 deg internal temp. for med/ well
Sautee mushrooms and onions and fry you some bacon crispy top burger w/ these and enjoy.
