Good luck with BP stock. Best case scenario is that they get purchased or declare bankruptcy and re-structure to eliminate the litigation burden (create an entity to hold the debt obligation).
If you want to play the game try a stock like RIG (transocean). Very volatile which is great for trading... http://www.nytimes.com/2010/06/08/bu...r=yahoofinance
