There is a simple solution, Catch and Release.
Of course you know that there is a health advisory that long term consumption of fish from the Calcasieu Estuary may cause health risks due to HCB, HCBD and PCBs. Like the others from 2Cool said: Galveston Bay is much cleaner. Release all those nasty trout from the Calcasieu.
