Default Big Lake this weekend?

Just wondering if anyone fished Big Lake this weekend. I could not go due to some family obligations. Am thinking of playing hookey one morning this week for a couple of hours so need to maximize my opportunity and not hunt for fish all over the place. Thanks in advance.

things change so fast but most of the fishing seems to be near the edges of the channel.

i'd try the channel, turners, washout area, maybe LNG. but who knows

Mr and Jedi lure trick fished sat afternoon. One flounder about 3.5 lbs. Sun I fished the channel from turners to hog island gully. One damn. Red. Water is ok but I could not find much bait or even the lady fish. Both fish were caught on plastics. I did watch a guy using dead shrimp fishing of the bank. He had a couple reds.good luck

Fished Saturday. Caught 3-trout.
Water isn't very pretty anywhere.
Fishing in the lake sucks. They need to open the short rigs!!!!
