I have fished w/ a friend who has a drift sock It is great at slowing the drift when you want to drift the lakes and the weatherman was wrong on his wind forcast .AGAIN!
You can set the bridel to keep your boat at different angles in reference to the drift. If you have over a 20' boat you may want tro get 2 drift socks.
