Port of West St Mary.......near Louisa,LA
There use to be a launch on the west end of the port canal. This launch may be considered private. I don't know if it is useable anymore. There was some crabbers that kept a boat there....but that was many years ago. This would be ~ 4+ miles to get to the bay.
