The Calcasieu Calcutta offers lagniappe in the 2010 STAR
The Calcasieu Calcutta is a first time, experimental addition to the 2010 CCA/Mercury STAR unique to Calcasieu Lake. STAR anglers competing on “Big Lake” are encouraged to bring speckled trout for live weigh and release at Cocahoes or Calcasieu Point Landing. Trout weighed and released live will compete along with other trout tendered for competition in the West zone of the speckled trout division. The lagniappe: Every week (Monday to Monday), the angler with the heaviest weigh/release wins a brand new Falcon HD 7’ graphite rod. Sign up for STAR 24/7 at www.CCASTAR.com or call 1-877-422-2782.
