Grant request are the biggest waste of money and very few people really understand them. I have several clients that get major bucks from the Federal gov't with grant request. It is an American Cottage industry and those that do it well are making top $$.

D U is moving to the left and getting into bed with the "Global Warming"
crowd. I believe they see it as a way to remain relevent in the current political climate. This short stopping plan will work about like a "Screen Door" on a submarine. Their biologists have been saying for years that you can't short stop ducks and now the Big Wigs are onboard with this stupid plan??

I agree with you, Raymond and the Biologists agree with us too, but $20 mil of our tax dollars will be wasted trying to shortstop some ducks, even Du is jumping on board. Oh well, nothing we can do about it now.
