Default South bank of West Cove, 8/19

Hit the south bank of West Cove last week while on vacation with some buddies - one of which had not been fishing for about 15 years. Did well in early in the morning but spent a lot of time dodging thunderstorms as it got later. Steadily falling tide all morning and the bit slowed waaaaay down by 1130. Packed it in by noon but we did okay.

Picked up everything on skrimps and opening night plastics.

By the way, if you need a good laugh, take someone who hasn't been fishing in ages and hook them up with a nice sized red. It's a heck of a show.
