I have been checked [everything was ok] by him several years ago. We turned in some illegal hunting activity that we saw ....4+ laws being broken....on the WMA. Found out a couple of weeks later that he caught the people.

I agree DD......should have taken all there stuff from them.......and not give it back. Also sounds like the fines should have much much higher.

IMO.......and fine should be at least 10 x the crime that was committed. Those guys were probably selling $ 1000's of dollars of shrimp.
