Take a look at this pic. You will notice the Black tip has black tips on his top fin and his side fins. |

Look at this picture. It is a Bull Shark which has the black on the tail but missing from the other fins, just like the ones you caught. My guess is you caught some young ones. According to Audubon, their range and habitat match where we caught them. |

fyi, a shark must be 50 something inches to keep it and theres a season(not sure if its in season or not right now)
