If it has no fat on it, it will not taste bad.
Season well with Tony's, then roll in some yellow mustard with Tony's or your favorite brand of hot sauce in it. Shake in your favorite fish fry and fry till floating. If it is wild gator, use a meat tenderizer machine on it, or pound with a meat tenderizer hammer. Wild caught gator can be tough.
