I hate new country music, this only reinforces these "artists" are posers. Merle Haggard would not do something like this. And if he did, he probablly would have done it stoned. What a punk!!

The whole thing is sad and pathetic. Even after the bear gets shot, he has no idea what's going on. He's shocked and slowly walks into the woods.

Had that been a not tamed bear, that thing would have bolted into the woods like a maniac.

Screw that dude. He screams and preaches all over tv how much he loves america and what rights we should have then he pooh's his pants and claims insanity to dodge the draft when he had a chance to fight for those freedoms. That shark.org is bigtime anti-hunting, they have a site huntersrapenature.com. This act was obviously way over the top, but I would imagine there is more to a lot of these TV hunts than you hear about.

How many pen raised quail, mallards, and deer die every year?

I would agree that if the bear was suffering just shoot him and get it over with.
