But I don't agree with the undercover guys going hunting and shooting over their limit and he getting charged with it. I think that responsibility lies with the hunter/fishermen. If a guide tells you to break a law...I mean you should be smarter than that.
Yep good question...I guess its like the hooker taking the money though??

I don't view it as the same at all. It would be like the drug dealer telling the DEA agent go sell some drugs and then the drug dealer getting popped because the DEA agent listened to him...

If I'm guiding and I tell my clients keep shooting and they listen they get off free? He is wrong, but so are they for being idiots.

Now the "parking" for goose bands if true makes me want to puke.

Im not saying it is right but that is probably how the govt views it. Also isnt the guide supposed to be in charge of the hunt and be responsible for the clients? It goes on to talk about how he explained the rules and regulations on video the same day that they killed over the limit too

This isnt a good situation for any of the hunting communitte wether right or wrong. It leaves a black eye for us as guides. I hope they burn him bad and his business is toast. Am I perfect no and nobody is but this is way out and believe me they are investagating several big time clubs and have been doing it for awhile and we will hear more of this
