We had Centennial before Rita.
I was in Carencro for Rita. No service.
I worked in Cameron, Creole and Grand Chenier after Rita. No service.

Centennial had zero dropped calls in the 10 years I had them.
That was great. Their prices were the lowest also I could find.
I actually found them by accident. I bought a truck and got a free phone from
them. But I had to get my phone in Jennings. Lake Charles didn't have any service
or stores from Centennial yet.
But their in store customer service sucked worser than anything I ever seen.
I hated walking into them stores. And when they called the police because I broke
my own phone in their store, that broked the deal with me.

You are right about the store customer service being crappy. I have had the cops called on me a couple of times. I tried to call and talk to someone at the store for a simple problem and the trash at the store told me I had to come in and she hung up. That was one time the law was there for me and escorted me back to my truck.
