I'm reasonably sure that the Premium oil is not going to be the culprit of any major internal damage to an engine. But, the problem I would have with using something other than what is specified or recommended by the manufacturer is........they can justify all sorts of problems just by saying that I didn't use the recommended oil. Just sayin'.
