My wife is obsessed with Zeas but i dont like anything there but the duck epmanadas. My wife gets that chicken shwarma crud and it smells like AZZZZZZZ, but all the cosmos she drinks makes up for it !

Default Zea's has a great New York strip as well...

Copeland's has a good filet also. With all the cold weather we've been having, you can't find a better seafood gumbo than Don's Seafood. Just the right consistency and has that wonderful roux flavor!

The corner panrty which is a little hole in the wall grocery store behind Lafayette HS close to eraste landry has some killa chicken and sausage gumbo.

I liked them Thai ribs also.

To me, all of Copelands steaks are good, but the Fillet is bestest. I hated when it closed down over here.

Riverside Inn for seafood. Many other places mentioned are great, just depends what your preference is. Go to a seafood place for seafood and a steak place for steaks. Have not been to a restaurant in Laf that does both well.
