Tonging only and only 1 license per person, not 1 license per boat.
I know one guy in Cameron who has 5 licensed Oyster boats, with dredges.

If we all take a dump over the side, maybe we can get the fecal count up and stop the harvest. Eat lots of Crawfish, Prunes, Bud... ect. the night before fishing.
