you signed a policy stating that cell phones arent allowed on campus.

does this make it right that they cant have them? no.
I think there is a time and a place, and it a student isnt using his/her phone or has it out then it shouldnt be a problem however, its still policy. she obviously wasnt hiding it well enough.

when i worked as a contract worker in the plants, if we were caught with a phone with a camera on it, we would be permanently kicked out of the plant and they could confiscate it.

so we either didnt bring our phones or left them in the glove box of the truck ON SILENT, until we were outside of the gate.

my school had the same policy when i was in HS, we would get them taken if caught.


if you are smart about it, or just plain dont use it during school you were fine.

coachlaw never said you needed to be lapped in the face, he simply stated that you may feel like it is a slap in the face.
