I had a bass boat that I had the same problem. Found the leak by taking it to a boat launch, opening the back compartment where I could see all the pumps. With the weight of the motor and a person all in the back, you should also be able to notice which direction the water is coming from. Mine was coming from an aerator pump with a bad o-ring. I've heard of a more than a few boats taken on major water because of the pumps or fittings associated with them.
