Asterick, I guess NYPD doesn't get to carry tasers?

They just killed someone with a taser like last week and there is all kind of controversy going on. That's my only guess why he didn't use it.

If ever there was a time to use it?...There it was! When he began to attack people passing by, controversy or not, ZAP! Of course, I'm sure they're not even allowed to carry them right now so, you get this instead!
