Opening a Business

Luckily for me I am married to a CPA/Tax Attorney. My wife is much smarter than me and can handle the government/tax portion. I already have the majority of the equipment needed that I purchased along the way. I have enough clients to start but I need to hustle up some more,

risk, long hours/stress, possible lawsuits, .gov red-tape,

I am dealing with these things now working for somebody else. Might as well work for myself. Thanks for the responses guys.
