Always fished on the west side of the bay and when I would get to the pass I would head south out to the gulf or stayed in the pass. Marsh island is a hidden jewel. Not many people fish it,but it always holds fish. I suggest you go with someone that knows the area,it gets shallow in spots. I learned the hard way.
