i been understanding why...its cause i took out 3 500 dollar loans in 2009 and 15 dollars gets taken out my bank errrrrrryyyyy day to pay it back..i just always bi+ch about it cause i hoped at the restart of the cash it would be taken off my shoulders..but oh well $hit happens....

I wouldn't be a big traffic cop anyways. I'll write a whole lot of loud music tickets and some seat belt tickets. Thats when I HOPEFULLY become a cop.
