Got most of it back together. Timer is working but the motor keeps going out. I guell I will have to try to find another 6v motor.

academy carries the motors and other parts during season you may find one there, we go through alot of feeders on our ranch in texas due to them runnin all yr and then runnin out of corn and the burn up but somtimes we find the feeders just after season for like $15-$20 which helps
