what are you puting it on? the 25 is not considered a portable and dosent have the shallow water kick up like the old 25 two strokes.

what are you gona put it on, i have a yamaha and love it but if i was gettin another 25 it would be a tohatsu 25 2 stroke i think they cost less and gona have better performance and its a short shaft

my friend has a 25 tohatsu and never had any problems with it and runs very well too
