Default Big Lake 7/25

Well I made my second trip to Big lake ever with a couple of friends and it will be my last for a while...I just have a jinx at that lake. Left the lake at 3 this afternoon with a couple of trout, a drum and a flounder from last night, two reds and 2 flounder from today. Didnt even catch a dink trout today.

Tough lately....Went on THURS and 3 of us picked 24 trout and a few white trout. About 8-10 were caught under birds in the South part of the lake. Pick-up some on top water and some off the ship channel. Based on the reports today I feel we did not do too bad. We fished from 6:00am to 3:00pm. All caught on top dogs, Tsunami swim baits & chubs.

We didn't see any bait hitting the water until almost 10am. No birds until around 3pm.
