Nice fish dude. I brought my fiance with me yesterday morning. We fished till 9:30, that was as long as she wanted to stay. Caught 9 trout. I caught 7 on topwater (biggest 3 lbs) and my girl caught 2 on live shrimp. I had a crappy spinning reel she was using and couldnt cast further than 10 yards. Gonna buy her a new one before the next trip. Fixing to leave Lafayette to fish this afternoon and in the morning.

I bought my ol lady a little okuma Calynn spinning setup a while back that she uses and loves it. Its pink i think thats the only reason she loves it lol
