I got the food saver 3400 (wet/dry) $140 from wally world. my problem is i cant repeatedly seal bags . the ***** seal/stop light keeps flashing and you have to keep trying different times to get it to work. not sure if overheating or not. mite be able to do 1 seal every 5 to 10 minutes. waaay too long. any ideas.

Sometimes you can push and hold down the lid really tight and push the seal button and it will override that. Had to do that for my old one. I still have that old one, but use it for small jobs, get a bigger and better one, they are not as expensive as they once were.

call food saver , they have a great CS dept.
