There is a place in Lafayette that boils crawfish and have there own seasoning. My father in law picked it up one time, just cant remember the name. But i thought it was pretty good. Maybe some of the Lafayette guys will know.

My favorest place in the whole wide world for crawfish is Hawk's in BFE.
Now those are truly purged crawfish.
