I used it again and it worked the first time and then on the second trip it stuck at 5 feet again. Now Minnkota made the dealer ship the unit to them (which takes time) and they have not responded about rather or not they will fix it again (which it may break again) or send me a new one. Either way I have to wait for them to ship it back. I had a power pole for 5 years with the only problem I ever had being with the remote controls.

Mine did the same thing, it lost a .99 O ring causeing the secondary latch not to disingauge. Im sure it'll do it agin. Ive got a 20pk of O rings in my console. no body Knows much about fixing them because there so new I figured it out on my own so I would not have down time. And more than likely if its not that its one of the three C pins backing out

Mine was the O ring issue as well. Get this, when the dealer called Minnkota they were NO help and had no idea how to fix it so my dealer figured it out on their own. This time they shipped it to Minnkota hoping they would get me a new one but i bet they can't pull it off.

If they only knew how much as a website owner I plan to bash them (Minnkota) if they screw me over.
