I was planning on going tonight but...........starting working on my steering cable and it's not gonna happen. Gonna have to put it in shop cause I can't get the dang cable out of the motor.

Does your cable look like this where it connects to the engine. If so, I can help you get it out.

About 6 to 8 trout were caught off a bull minnow black with chart tail but the rest were caught off of live shrimp and pogies. Just for the heck of it I tried about 30 diff plastics with no luck. Shrimp and popping cork were the ticket at first until all the bait fish showed up. They were thick and it seemed as if the catch was over but we tossed a cast net caught some pogies around 3 and 4 inches long and fished with pinch on weight and kahl hooks under the swarm of bait fish and started catching like crazy again.
