Ya know they make different sizes of philips screwdrivers so you don't run into the problem of stripping while trying to screw, right?!

your not screwing rite! No seriously the rite tip and an impact drill go along way 10x better that standard drill. or screwdriver I was the first of a few of my friends wich we are all in construction, to own one of the impact drivers, and I blew their minds showing them how easy a screw could be driven or extracted. everyone of them ran out and bought one or two for their trucks and garages.
