its not legal, I fished bayou pigeon and grand lake yesterday, didn't catch many fish, but the water went up since last weekend. I only saw one dead fish and it was a goo and I'm pretty sure it didn't die from lack of Oxygen. some canals had water so clear, I threw a spinnerbait and could see it touch the bottom of 12ft of water. grand lake had real pretty green water, most of our fish were caught by trees
