Rod Tip Broken Need Advice

If you're near Sulphur, bring it by the Tackle Box. Our rod guy fixes them for $6 and has it back in 1 or 2 days. Having it fixed locally is probably the best option, as Allstar's warranty costs $20 processing and whatever else they charge when they decide it wasn't a manufacturers defect.

All Star Three Year Limited Warranty
For three years from the DATE OF PURCHASE All Star Rods will repair or replace your rod when found to be defective in materials and/or workmanship. The decision to repair or replace will be determined by the All Star Service Center. All Star Rods will have no other obligation and will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty does not cover damage caused by addition to or alternation of the product, accident, abuse or normal wear. When possible, this damage may be repaired at consumer expense.
All Star Rods makes no implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS for any period beyond the duration of the limited warranty. This warranty does not extend to products which are put to commercial or rental use.
This warranty gives you specific rights which vary from state to state. Some state laws do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages or limitations of the implied warranties, so the limitations may not apply to you. A $20.00 processing fee is required.

Instructions for Warranty Service

To help us provide the best service to you please print out and complete a Product Repair/Replacement Form. Send your complete damaged rod, a completed Product Repair/Replacement Form, a copy of your dated receipt and a check or money order payable to Pure Fishing ($20.00 for three year warranty rods or $9.50 for one year warranty rods) for postage and handling to the address below. Package your rod securely in a disposable container, as we do not return rod tubes.
