I got a box of them things, maybe 3 lbs for like 4 bucks.
Been using the same block of squids for a while.
I just cut them in small pieces. Works like a champ.

if you want to catch trout stay away from squid...If you want to catch catfish with the occasional drum or redfish keep using it
