I know, what's weird is I remember gettign chills in that stadium as a seven year old when the band took the field. At that point I didn't even know why they were taking the field or understand what they were about to do. It is a magical place, you never forget your first night in TS.

tru that who dat...my first was in my early days in college. it was the lsu /tennesee game--first game in TS after Katrina..man that made it even more explosive. to top it off, the jets flew over at the end of the NATIONAL ANTHEM....can you say ....STUPID PSYCHED!!!???

I hate that for you, that game ended with one of the worst fourth quarters in LSU's history. The worst may have been in the early 90's when Jamie Howard threw 4 interceptions in the 4th qtr v/s Auburn.

yeah, that was a freaking upset if you even call it that..still was exciting and still a great first time. never understood how TS always sells out and (back then..had 3x more in attendance than the saints) until i went to that game.
