Default Afternoon bird action was a BLAST

The 5:00 "Birds are working call" came at 4:45 when Joe Devall picked up Rick Hagel and myself for a quick trip south to the Long Point area. sure enough several pods of working seagulls were pointing the way to HUGE redfish for the taking. Two hours of fun and I was ready for dinner. thanks Joe it was fun.

That light weight tackle is a lot of fun. I was using a 30 year old Terry Shaughness rods with a Core. It was doubled up pretty good but it was a fair fight.
