I got my line tangled in one of the lying birds (terns) this weekend. We managed to free the bird and release it unharmed, but not before it's 20 or so of his friends attempted to dive-bomb the boat screaming at us. The brave kamakazies distracted me just long enough for the tangled bird to bite my hand.

them pelicans are several times stronger and if they get that heavy beak comming it you it hurts towel works great .

Some of the best trips are when kids are along. Even if I do not haul in limits of 10# trout. I always enjoy fishing with my kids. Nice trip W!!

yep... I enjoyed taking kids fishing... I really didn't think to get live bait...just never thought about but they did fine on sparkle beetles....
