Default Love/hate

I love hunting and I love fishing! It's almost impossible to juggle the two when duck season rolls around. Being a father and a husband doesn't allow too much time for man things and it sucks to have to decide. I know poor me right. I'm just sayin!

I know the feeling, I'm torn between the two, because its either one or the other and the fishing is just too good during the fall to miss out and then deer hunting is seasonal, so is the duck hunting, I duck hunt and then fish, I've been forgeting about the deer for the last couple years, I find I have a better time when I'm fishing or duck hunting anyway, I can go with a couple people and not be in a stand for 8 or more hours doing nothing.

Amen to that. Deer hunting while it can be rewarding is tedious to say the least. When u do get a kill it's awesome but the silent waiting is a killer!! I grew up duck hunting and the action of it is the best part! just recently started deer hunting and unless ur on em it can be very time consuming and unrewarding
