Corey!!!

I've hunted for them for many yrs in the gueydan area in the past. It's a RUSH LIKE NO OTHER!

With the advent of crops all the way north to the Ark./LA. state line; it's hard to hunt them in large numbers any more.

Where there were 10-15 large bodies of geese in a 5 mile area now you see only 3-4 in a 10 mile radius.

I can't get enough of the Speck hunting though ! Love to watch the video's.

I know what you mean. We hunt in the sweetlake area and normally get 2 or 3 big bodies a year. It sucks when the bodies are too close because it is hard to compete with the real thing. But if that body jumps and that body comes right at you, get ready cuz you will be shootin as fast as you can reload. We usually dont get many snows and blues, except for on the pass. We kill mostly specks. I love it, cant wait.
