Limit Clarification

I think it all boils down to "the little dude has a limit of his own, even though he's unlicensed, but he has to catch his own."

I really wasn't sure if, due to the fact that he wasn't licensed, he was eligible to catch a limit, or if his fish counted towards the licensed fishermen's catches.

Of course, should just buy him a license, get him a wallet and let him carry it around.
