It is just not a fishery that produces numbers like that. Can you once in a while hook up to a well head(hustler) and wear them out for hours? Yes. But the average trip just doesn't produce hundreds of fish here. I wish it did. When I want numbers I go to Delacroix, but living 8 minutes from the lake p launch is hard to pass up for an 1 hour 20 minute drive.
It's all in fun, I will fish with anyone on this site(welcomed on my boat) whenever they want to make a trip.

not saying your doing something wrong hell im not ignorant i know you cant catch 300 trout on the causeway or hwy 11 or rigolets...but i am saying i do know of a place where you can and i do....not that i go out all spring and catch 300 a day but we have plenty of time before due to boredness and unlimited supply of DEAD bait....
