Looks really nice.
Makes huge difference running your own framing and finish crews. Love best one years ago a builder who was my customer had some jacklegs do his slab work and they didn't put the anchor bolts in. Don't ask what simpson fasteners cost to fix that problem. Laughed my tail off almost as bad as Dr Horton.
