I am not much of fishing weekends, unless my wife wants to fish.
Too many fishermen see you pull in just 1 fish and they pull in on
you with the main motor. Or get too close with the main motor and
ask if you are catching.

Thanks. I don't really give out good info. I just give out info. on how I do it...

Fished the same area this morning.
Had my brother-in-law and his kid with me.
Caught 45 by 9:30. Left em still biting.
Caught em on anything you would throw. Think they would have bit on crickets this morning.

I don't have a choice. I work Monday thru Friday and most of the time it's my wife who fishes with me. Unless weewacker is off then we'll fish together.

I saw a yellow Champion pass South, then North while I was in the channel. Had a white power pole on the back. Was that you? I had a tan jacket on. Fishing by myself.

How them trout hold up in the live well? Got on a good bite the other day in the bay, and was considering throwing them in the live well to cull.....wish i did because after we had our 50, we started catching bigger trout that we had to throw back...

Oh, and nice catch!!!

They held up real good. I don't like to use it when the water is warm or hot. Below 70 degrees or so water temps, it works great. When I finished, I drain the water and throw in a bag of ice on top of them. They fillet better when cold.

Yea that was me.
We were finished fishing.
Just riding and looking around a little.
Remember seeing you.
You were putting one in the boat when we passed.

Ray,

That was a really good post. A man could use that and actually catch a fish or two. Thanks!
