here is my go to fish fry.
1 part AP flour 1 part masa flour 1/2 part corn flakes ( run thru food processor) 1/2 part instant potatoes. cayanne salt black pepper lemon pepper onion powder garlic powder I mix yellow mustard , louisiana hot sauce and some tony's to dredge the fish in before breadding.
