that 115 4 stroke will not turn the bigger diamiter prop, but let me give you the best advice you can take... every boat is different... ever motor is different, even though they may be the same model. you will need to water test each particular setup and read your tach at wot, but generally the 4 stroke will not turn that big prop as eficeint as the 2 stroke
