Default VBay info

Anyone be out there lately? Just wondering how the water is looking and are there any fish still in the usual spots. I see the river is on the rise to who knows how much longer the bay will be any good. Might go tomorrow!

thanks

Noticed the salinity levels falling on that rising tide...river water startin' to move in. Butte Larose at 71/2' today.....it was great while it lasted! Still should be able to pick up a few in the next week or two when the winds let us fish.

Fished today in the cove. Made one drift 75 yards off the rocks caught 18 decent fish. 14" to 18" range. Fished 4.5 hours. Caught on dark colors on the bottom and under a cork.

Bro-in-law, what happened???? Da ducks quit flyin' in PI? Fishin' agin I see.....are did you double dip 'em? Thanks for the report Capt. Steve. You've been on a heck of a bite these past few months. Has the water started to cloud up yet w/ river rising?

Good to see ya posting your reports..thanks!
