![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() More good times Down In Dularge today as the bite is incredible. I jumped on board with Capt Rodney 'Trouthog' Bourque this morning to put a smackdown on the fish. It was a slow start to the morning as the trout were lethargic in the 49 degree water. We made a couple moves and found them stacked and hungry once the water temp hit 53 degrees. All our fish early were 17-19 inches, as the day progressed we caught some in the 16 inch range. No need to measure a single fish today. Corks and tightlining both worked. Cocodrie Cocahoes and swimbaits were baits of choice. Thanks Trouthog for another fantastic trip for the books. Capt. Marty LaCoste 985 856 4477 www.absolutefishingcharters.com |
