Don't blame the jailers......The deputy that used his taser and had the fight with him never filed a "hold order" to hold him there. Once he was processed, and he was cleared to make bail, he had the cash on him to post bond. It happens and the patrol deputy "assumed" he would be there for several hours or even days trying to make bail. He is being transferred back to Crowley this morning and I will be curious to see what his bond is today. Still, the fact remains if he has no criminal history, he will probably not spend a day of his sentence behind bars. Thanks to the sysytem!
